Frank Moffatt - Co-Founder and CEO
Frank Moffatt is an International Best Selling author, and Co-founder and CEO of AP Teacher Training Institute. Frank Moffatt has been a certified member of the TESOL/TEFL training community since 2004. Frank is a business graduate from Camosun College and has held numerous management positions within the ESL/EFL world. In addition Frank has trained and mentored ESL/EFL teachers through a broad spectrum of teacher training, including business English, English for young learners, hospitality English, and general ESL/EFL training and has created TESOL/TEFL curriculum for both teachers and students.

Lawrence Wayne Duplessis - Academic Head (TEFL/TESOL)
Wayne taught students in Canada, South Korea, Thailand, and China and in Indonesia. He has taught English, English Literature, Performing Arts, Indonesian history, various software programs and writing classes. Teaching in Asia since early 1996, he's taught students as young as four and some as old as sixty six in public and private schools, universities and boardrooms.
In 2003 Wayne moved to China, becoming the Academic manager for two schools. In this position he recruited and trained teachers. Wayne taught a number of classes for the center's students and for corporate clients. Wayne returned to Indonesia in 2006, and spent two years traveling between Indonesia, China and Thailand training local and foreign teachers. In 2007, Wayne opened a teacher training center in Surabaya with a local partner. Wayne enjoys the work. He enjoys teaching and working with teachers and students.

P. Navaneetham - Academic Consultant
Author and Resource Person, Oxford University Press has been an experienced IELTS trainer for many years. Ms. Navaneetham is the Academic Advisor for the Velammal Group of Institutions. She exhibits her mastery and competency to develop good learning and teaching strategies that are most successful when they are implemented in a system that encourages collaborative work among TEFL students. She has designed teacher education programmes and International seminars on the themes that relate to Educational Innovation, Evaluative and Reflective Practices in Education, Differentiated Teaching Techniques, Innovative Lesson Planning Techniques, etc. She is associated with training and teaching since 1983.

Arpita Bhattacharyya - Academic Consultant (Special Education Need)
Arpita Bhattacharyya has been serving and being associated with mental health and rehabilitation of patients with mental illness and children with developmental disorders. She is into assessment and intervention of children with special needs especially autism, ADHD, learning disorders and Mental Retardation. She is being associated with Pradip Centre for Autism Management for the past seven years as a special educator and core faculty of DSE -ASD course recognised by Rehabilitation council of India at the training college of Pradip Centre for Autism Management. Arpita is a RCI registered professional and faculty specialised in Autism spectrum Disorders and Learning Disorders. She has experience of assessing outdoor patients at Mon Psychiatric Nursing Home. She is also a qualified Psychoanalytic Counsellor and passed out from Indian Psychoanalytical Society, the Indian chapter of International Psychoanalytical Society founded by Sigmund Freud, Vienna.

Mamta Upadhyaya - Academic Consultant / Trainer
Mamta has more than two decades of training, teaching and administrative experience in education, right from kindergarten to the graduate level. Since 2002, she has specialised in English language training for admission tests such as GRE, GMAT and the SAT and proficiency tests such as IELTS and TOEFL. In this role she has mentored candidates across a range of backgrounds, nationalities and ages. In addition, she has had extensive experience as a kindergarten educator, having worked in Kidzee and various Air Force Schools across the country, including a stint as headmistress of the Air Force School in Mysore.
